 I have completed DVD 1....
I haven't been doing the course that long, only about a week. I just completed the first DVD about two days ago, and I didn't totally miss any of the targets 1-4. Even when I didn't get the sketch right, I would have the correct sensory information. Since finishing DVD1, I have had help from friends making blind targets. I totally missed one target, almost got another, and absolutely nailed the third. I'm following the plan of practicing blind targets everyday for seven days before starting the second DVD in the course. Even though I know I'm new to the skill, and the experience of RV, I still feel like I'm not doing well enough for some reason. Has anyone else felt like they just weren't making self-satisfactory progress, ability wise, in the begining?
Maybe I'm just reading too much into this feeling because I'm so new to RV.

If you are still working through the learnrv series, I'd love to see some of your work. If you can find a library and scan your work or take a digital picture of it, and upload it to this section of the forum:
Post DVD Course Sessions for Review
Some of the professionals can critique it for you. You can also, look at other people's work on the same targets and compare it.

Re: I have completed DVD 1....
If, after only completing one DVD, you nailed one target and almost got another out of three attempts, you are doing just fine. It is easy at your stage of development to have unrealistic expectations. Remember, you are not actually 'viewing' a target. You are developing information about it. As your skill improves, you will get to the point where you will not 'totally' miss any targets. You will also be learning advanced techniques that will help you get more detailed information on your targets. The world of remote viewing is just starting to open up for you. Keep practicing, follow instructions exactly and hold on tight. The ride of your life is just beginning.

Discovering rv is one of the best things that has happened to me. I'm going to continue to follow all the advice given by you all and one day hopefully be a great remote viewer.
