I agree, but the 'devil's advocate' position is nevertheless important. I will have more to say about that, later.

I can't remember (a mind is a terrible thing...to lose) if this is still classified but, in contemporary 'internet vernacular,' WTF:

Israel came close to losing the Six Day War. At the DSS level, their war planners (I believe there were seven) relied upon the Delphi technique. When the final decision was made, there was one holdout - ultimately/in retrospect his strategy regarding how to orchestrate the upcoming conflict was the correct one.

Whilst serving at OSD intel levels, I also employed this selfsame technique (see my UNCLASSIFIED CV re. a similar exercise), in which I seated Soviet counterpart Rand Corp. experts & key DoD leadership figures in a 'mirror image' projection exercise - the porpoise of which was to swim a thin line between max U.S. nuclear offensive geometry...and WWIII.

Without delving into 'spiritual' (i.e., higher mind steering-timing, etc.) stuff, my preferred baseline DSS bent is a combination of both Boolean analysis and Delphi approaches. This problem solving tack holds well in 'everyday world' situations.

Greetings Folks,

There have been some other big flooding stories recently:

Sudan declares state of emergency amid flooding as River Nile swells to highest level in almost a century

“A three-month state of emergency has been declared in Sudan as it is engulfed by deadly floods that are quickly spelling out a humanitarian disaster.

The heavy rainfall, which started at the end of July, has already killed almost 100 people and caused the total or partial collapse of over 100,000 homes, according to the state news agency. With above-average rainfall forecast to continue until the end of the month, UN agencies are warning of catastrophic consequences.”

https://news.yahoo.com/sudan-declares-s ... 06000.html

Some of these floods have actually flooded pyramids in Sudan.

Typhoon Haishen batters South Korea after slamming Japan

“Typhoon Haishen has touched down in South Korea after slamming through southern Japan.
The storm made landfall in Ulsan, just north of Busan, South Korea's second-largest city.
More than 300 flights from 10 airports were cancelled, with some train services suspended.”

https://news.yahoo.com/typhoon-haishen- ... 43456.html

It also wiped out 60 bridges in North Korea.

I’m still monitoring this situation and we’ll see what develops.

Note to cbutter -

I would like to invite you to join my distinguished MIA team as our first 'outsider' data analyst. Jointly, we have places to go and things to do, and there is no doubt in my military mind that your (probably insane) Matrix-relevant acumen has a place with us.

If you decline the position then I will dispatch Angel Stanz (don't make me do this, cb) and Will Luther (a.k.a. 'Reloader') to hunt you down, like the dog that you are, and give you a few moments to rethink the offer...

Name and photo, por favor: Director@MatrixIntelligenceAgency.com

Greetings,

Sadly, the most recent Open Search was not identifiable. It's disappointing because the Major was kind enough to do some GeoFix work on it, identifying the NYC area.

There were a record number of hurricanes this season, and quite a few of my S6s appear hurricane-like: basically lots of water where it shouldn't be.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FVhElZ ... sp=sharing

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WCvL6z ... sp=sharing

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uHNN24 ... sp=sharing

Still, nothing was a slam dunk here. My analysis may have been at fault, fixating on the mechanical breakage causing the flooding. Can't win 'em all.

I will be posting a new Open Search in the next few days.

Your session reminded me of a tunnel, but I didn't chime up when you posted it. Millions of people will be affected by these tolls... $16!! That's like $25 loonies, 2 hours work for some people

Cash tolls at the Lincoln Tunnel and GWB are back, but not for long

Drivers who’ve missed paying their Port Authority tolls with cash to cross the mighty Hudson River will get one last shot to do it, starting Monday.

The ritual of counting out $16 in rumpled bills into the waiting (gloved) hand of a masked toll collector at the George Washington bridge upper level and the Lincoln Tunnel will be short lived, however.

Cash tolls will only last for 18 months while construction crews finish installing the needed infrastructure to go to all electronic toll collection at the two Hudson River crossings. That work already took place at the Holland Tunnel, which went cashless on March 22, and the Port Authority’s three New Jersey-Staten Island crossings which were the first to go cashless.

Hi Norbert,

Thanks for your comment. The previous Open Search really did have an element of a collapse of structure or equipment. This isn't reference a collapse; just on-going refurbishment.

ST
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vcXm5y ... sp=sharing

Note: I have recently been experimenting with the Outcome qualifier with quite a bit of success. I take the default time-frame of Outcome to be weeks or months. Though, one could probably be more specific with short-term outcome and long-term outcome.

Data summary
The most important aspect of the site is a thing in a round place with people who feel focused, agitated, and fearful. The place is a structure associated with center. There is less speech here and more action. This center takes on something, defies authority, and is associated with regional balance. I feel fearful and watchful.

The 2nd most important aspect of the site is a thing likened to a convoy. This is a trail of life forms who feel depressed and wary. These are people who are vacating on purpose and hitting the road. There is a before & after associated with travel. I feel wistful and sad. Something is associated with shoot.

The 3rd most important aspect of the site is a thing which is a place containing people going down who feel relieved, satisfied, and happy. They balk in some way. This enclosure is a base associated with operation, run & hide, and take shelter. It is like life being over. I feel relieved and “Thank God!”

Outcome Discussion
This appears to show exiting from a structure which is a center/base of operation (soldiers, rescuers, provisions?).

A regional balance and defying authority are prominent (i.e. geopolitics &/or breakaway groups).

Aspect [A] depicts people unwillingly on the move (e.g. refugees).

Aspect B depicts people relieved to be going into underground shelters.

[9901/9116]Open Search Overall Discussion
I’ve had difficulty in the past at teasing out volcanoes. Volcanoes are both low (the vent) and high (the caldera). They explode upwards and then stuff falls downward. They are above and cloud line and below and cloud line. In the Major’s Master Tips DVD he describes a spinning tall object assumed to be a propeller when, had the session been completed, it would have been shown to be windmill blades. An explosion at 10 000 ft could just be the top of a volcano; and hard to interpret if one’s session is weak on peaked archetypes. In this case, I believe it is something streaking across the atmosphere from above. However, I mention all this because a lot of [A] is a valve-type opening which is pretty caldera-like.

The [A] part of this target has been overlooked, forgotten, neglected, with a lack of foresight. This suggests it will be a surprise. It could be something, as yet, undiscovered: Asteroid? Volcano?

This is an unclogging thing which is very fascinating to a lot of people watching it. It shifts our reality and puts us in a new era in some way. It will be in the news for sure because it is “the talk of the town”, giving us advanced warning of more to come.

There is some data to indicate that this is planned by someone at some level. There are no obvious operators here, but there could be a purpose behind this at a high level (above human?).

(As an aside, my personal opinion is that there is so much junk floating around the earth in space that it’s only a matter of time before an up-going spacecraft gets destroyed by something. The space shuttle used to come back with chips out of its windshield from sand-sized objects and now there is way more garbage).

There are multiple dropping paths here, as per the S6 Site drawing. It’s like there is fast streaking impact, followed by smaller, indirect, settling impact.

This target is loud.

In several places I have AIs of shock and nausea. For me, this is almost always associated with suffocation.

There is some energy here and some solar looking S6 drawings, but I do not think this is a solar flare because it’s loud and there is lots of dust.

I have many fascinated AIs in this session, suggesting it will be pretty eye-catching.

This appears to be a prolonged event: it seems to be recorded with traces, is the talk of the town, and is advanced warning of multiple waves with a complex human response. It is a catalyst and there are layers of management.

Postulates
P0 – Meteorite impact
P1 – Unknown type of pressure wave or atmospheric explosion
P2 – Meteorite causing large volcanic eruption
P3 – Very large volcanic eruption

Hi cbutter,

Now that I re-read the August 11th Open Search through your lens, I can sort of see what you mean. However, the most recent Open Search did come through the Signal Line, so that usually means the previous one has occurred in some way. I've never seen Open Searches overlap before, through there is a first time for everything.

This next one looks particularly bad, with the suffocation and migrating people.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Be well,

'Rare' meteor triggers sonic boom, brilliant flash over Lake Ontario
“To have something so close to a major city, that's pretty rare,” an expert said.

By Tim Stelloh

A meteor crashed through the Earth’s atmosphere over New York state Wednesday, triggering a thunderous boom and a spectacular flash over Lake Ontario, officials said.

Bill Cooke, who leads NASA’s Meteoroid Environment Office, said the meteor made its fiery entry traveling west and clocking speeds of 56,000 mph at 12:08 p.m. ET.

As the meteor broke into pieces at an altitude of 22 miles between Rochester and Syracuse, Cooke said, it created a sonic boom reportedly heard across New York.

Greetings Folks,

I was thinking that this Open Search target could possibly be the Kilauea volcanic eruption on Dec. 21st, 2020

https://abc7ny.com/kilauea-hawaii-volca ... e/8947548/

Although this has not upset people as much as my /Outcome session suggests. It does fulfill a lot of the geological portions of this Open Search.

BUT then I saw this meteor over China. Pretty eye-catching. More so than Chelyabinsk in 2013.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkaC2kCN2qQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bv5xK-Uufiw

Still neither of these have been quite as upsetting on the ground as I was expecting from the target.

I'll keep monitoring.

As a weird hypothesis, the conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter was HUGE in the news. I doubt this was the target, but I will re-read my work from that vantage point as well. I don't want to engage in data-fitting. If it fits, it's pretty obvious.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!

Onwards and upwards,

Brian,

Angel Stanz recently ran the subject line Matrix search term (S.T. & S6 below).

I followed up with Geofix work (same cue/TRNs).

It goes without saying - but I'll say it (again): If we could 'train' the Matrix to conform to our respective ideational (mind-pattern) I&W quest, or if it could correspondingly train us to adapt to its respective case-conditioned response, then a developed/evolved consciousness tool format might emerge which, in the future, would potentially save a shitload of human lives.

I'm recruiting Brian & Angel (TRV) and me (RV Geofix) to continue experimenting along these lines.

Sure thing Major. Just say the word.

Thank you for posting Angel’s work. I have been digesting it carefully for the past 24-hours.

I do find significant overlap between my, and Angel’s session work.

I believe there is vast potential relating to the Open Search cue. 2021 AD/open search is an interesting cue. It will be interesting to see how the Matrix interprets this. Will this be the most noteworthy Open Search of all 2021, or the first? If it’s interpreted as the first, then these could be the same target, as my Open Search has until January 21st 2021 to vest. (First and most noteworthy could wind up also being the same).

To my knowledge, there has been little qualifier research regarding Open Search. I have experimented with /next and this did seem to work.

Both of our session work seem to be implying a similar magnitude influence on civilians, and with similar EIs.

Angel’s “S4.5 – lasts for days” matches my multiple waves. Angel’s “disrupted supply chain” meshes with my /outcome work depicting migration and bunker-type shelter. Angel’s “ecosystem upheaval” matches my data of shifted reality/new era.

These both look pretty significant to me.

Not really, I guess. It's simply that historical-experimental use of the Matrix search term has generally resulted in Earthbound, mostly prospective lifesaving stuff of a geophysical nature.

Btw, you might recall that I experimented with 'Norbert/open search' - no sentient, corporeal entity should ever have to meet such a spectacularly horrible, hideous and excruciating painful, beyond imagination soul-extinguishing fate. Nevertheless...

Merry Christmas(?), Norbert :(

Post Re: Open search & timeline tool
@nobodysfuel,

Undoubtably -- we have the same target.

FWIW,
a) I was not aware of your session prior. Ed directed me to the post.
b) When I had first run the session I had wondered if I had AOL'd the Dec 21 Kilauea volcanic eruption since I had recently read about it. I was moderately sure that was not the case, as I had run two quite accurate sessions prior. Of course, blocking out imagination is what we are all trained to do. There were also things about this session that were novel (a personal indicator that I'm on the signal line -- or maybe just some BS I use to make myself feel better) that led me to believe this was worthy of sending to Ed. Nevertheless, I had raised the possibility to The Major of this AOL when I submitted my session -- looking for him to make the appropriate determination.

That all said, seeing your post is all I needed to cement my confidence.
This is a forthcoming event.

Indeed.

Our S3 freehands (mine not pictured) are nearly identical. I have a horizontal wavy line across the bottom, centered atop this is a peak and upward motion. These are the 3 aspects.

You have motion downward, which I also share with you further in my session, a combination of the magma and the cloud.

Most notably to me is how specific your session notes are on this being volcano, without you stating so directly. BTW -- how come your session notes contain so many more descriptors than on your ST or S6? I would have loved to have seen these placed in diagrammatic form.

Here's a few things you may not have noticed in your session:

##

'Writing on a chalk board'
What writing on a chalk board comprised of? Chalk remnants. If I'm not mistaken, chalk can be comprised of Silica.

Silicon dioxide, the most abundant rock-forming compound on Earth and the predominant molecular constituent of volcanic rocks and magmas.
https://volcanoes.usgs.gov/vsc/glossary/silica.html

##

Your ST is, from the bottom up,
- layers of earth (magma layer), also the curvy horz line on our S3 freehands
- the curved mountainous slopes of the volcano (side view)
- the opening of the volcano (top view)

The curved slopes are "changing shape", and they "separate from". Note: read as they separate as in they come apart, eg. a volcanic explosion.

The bottom layers in your diagram are then later "falling upon". This is the dispersion of magma, the ground layers, later "falling upon" and "landing" on the surface.

The 2nd most important aspect of the site is a thing/object associated with cloak ([6] Overlooked projectile | [20] Fascinating valve with gas), hide, and separate from. It is a portal ([8] An opening radiates | [21] Brief damaging stress-fracture | [22] Traces). It changes shape and is malleable. Something here is associated with guide ([9] A direction given). I feel fascinated and excited.

The "cloak" is the veil created by the toxic cloud. Everything is descriptive of volcanic activity. I loved your 'brief damaging stress-fracture'. Fantastic descriptor. Your Data Summary is gold. However, what concerns me is that you have descriptors here that are not on your ST and S6. Are you generating these post session? If so, I would include these as an anecdotal notes sections, and not as part of your summary. Your summary should only include descriptors written. There's no problem adding this information as you reflect on your session, but if it's not written in session you should be clear to demarcate that information. It can be a struggle to connect a 'story' with only the ST/S6 descriptors, but that's the job. Reaching beyond that isn't wrong, but that type of data collection isn't in session and therefore needs to be weighted in analysis appropriately.

##

To keep this from being a sprawling post, here's where the rubber hits the road for me:

- Your descriptors are very indicative of volcanic activity. In exploring your meteor potential, an experienced viewer should have precepts of something very large on an inbound trajectory and perhaps some celestial-ish S4 data. "Portal" (a position in which something moves through), "engine" (my interpretation: a repeating process), and "malleable" don't support this. An object burning up as it enters the atmosphere may change the size of the object, but malleable isn't an apt descriptor. However, it is for magma. Complex words derived in a session often hold clues to deeper meanings. The SpaceX event did not have people choking and dying. It was relatively isolated within a staged area. Unless you felt you AOL'd the human reactions, and the EI's involved, the event does not match. Granted, having a correlating session like we have together is like 20/20 hindsight. It can often be difficult to see the forest through the trees from our own session work.

- Your S6 appears to be magma, the toxic cloud, or both.

- Your descriptors on that horrendous toxic cloud rattle me in reflecting upon my own session. The choking. The death. The impact. I was in grade school when Mt. St. Helens erupted in Washington. It was snowing volcanic ash in Montana like there was a snow blizzard. Visibility was minimal. Citizens were ordered to stay indoors. My friend, who lived there, had his dog accidentally go outside. It died. 'Like Chernobyl' was one of my descriptors. Some of my descriptors are cut off on Ed's scan. These indicate that the toxicity kills the fish and then everything/many-things that depends on the fish, dies too. Internet research identifies that Equador has a $4.5B+ crustacean and fish export market. I expect that to be dramatically disrupted.

- Waxing poetically on my S4.5s on the bottom (read as: anecdotal session notes), the saddest thing for me is the lack of "give a s***" response from the rest of the world. The disaster presents a significant challenge because planes can't be flown in to provide support (air particles will damage the engines). I sensed that more financially capable countries that could find a creative way to make a difference, choose not to. This compounds the effects of the damage. This leads to significant ecological death to the area, that in turn, has downturn negative effects to the countries that could have helped. Short term thinking that bites everyone in the ass. I feel anger and upset as I recall these session impressions.

Thank you @NobodysFuel for having the foresight to run an Open Search.

Thank you Ed for running the GeoFix.

Everyone else, brace yourselves. I'd say 2021 is going to start with a "bang", but that would be horribly inappropriate. Cancel any vacation plans to South America, stat.

Merry Christmas Ed, and hopefully a happy new year. I'm curious about the Norbert/ open search, did it reveal who I am or what will happen to me, as I'm the author of several very dark books. My girlfriend refused to read it because it was too real for her. My father gave up on the book four times, only finishing because I wrote it. Or is it perhaps what I'm capable of? I used to be the "eye for an eye" kind of guy, but I'd much rather just turn off being not being human without the good side resorting to being animals.many moons ago Park and I exchanged session, his work showed that I should put some heart in my work

Post Re: Open search & timeline tool
Thank you, Angel for the very detailed reply and analysis. I look forward to working with you on forthcoming Major-commissioned projects.

It’s not difficult for me to motivate myself to work on the Open Search cue, so I will continue to post regularly. Predicting the future is a passion of mine!

Regarding the feedback on my data summaries: thank you. I have had that feedback elsewhere recently and will factor these comments into my work going forward.

Regarding my session results for this Open Search: I may have a mental bias against postulating volcanoes. As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve gotten a lot of volcanoes in past Open Searches, so much so that I feel I’ve got “volcano on the brain.” Sometimes I guess maybe I’m hoping it’s not a volcano this time. It’s no excuse for poor postulating; at least I’m aware of my bias.

In re-looking at my session work, a couple of things caught my eye:
* Talk of the town;
* Planetary warning; and
* ‘Writing of a chalk board’

Follow-on from ‘Writing on a chalk board’ actually indicates that this situation is graphed and studied in a big way.

All of these data points suggest this will be a stand-out, noteworthy, and studied thing of its kind.

GLTA,
Nobodysfuel

It is always good to keep an open mind. However, when two viewers get the same thing without preconceived notions ("imagination") one should pay close attention. Granted, "volcano" is an analysis presumption. Considering the noxious cloud, spewing of things, and death, it's hard to imagine something different, but anything is always possible. At this point I'd say it's safe to presume volcano, or at the very least, volcano-like activity. Nevertheless, keeping 15% of your mind open for alternative options as they emerge is a good practice.

Thank you for the update on chalkboard. This, combined with one of my items, 'like Chernobyl' (a noxious multi-country cloud of death) is quite concerning. How big is this event going to be? Or, perhaps how big is this event going to be perceived to be via the world media? I tend to think that I (and much of the USA to various degrees) suffer a bit from 1st world country blindness. Meaning, if it doesn't occur "here", a portion of the citizenry does not give much of a rat's ass and tend to downplay the significance. eg. "oh, this big disaster occurred on a different continent killing somewhat impoverished people with different skin color? should I be concerned abou... OMG THE PRICE OF GAS WENT UP 2 CENTS??!!". You get my drift. Part of my session targeted this lack of concern, and that somehow, that too was part of the danger, as lingering effects would result from inaction.

If it has not already been addressed in a prior topic/post, this produces a few questions...

1) How significant does an event have to be to pop up on an Open Search?

2) Historically, by what measures or thresholds does the Matrix make this determination of significance?

3) What follow on queues or additional targeting can be used to determine #2? eg. financial effects? down-the-chain economic effects? optimum trajectories? Are there worthy explorations here that can potentially reduce negative ecological or humanity impact? Are there explorations that would raise 'public awareness' of RV and MIA work?
