I know there is a TRN/Target Generator spread sheet already in this forum. However, I couldn't use it because I have a very old version of excel.
So I made a simple one which can be used in older excel.(2002)

The Spread sheet is self explanatory. Fill your target pool in the "target pool" sheet. You must define how many targets they are in the pool.
Go to the TRN_Target Sheet. Press F9 to cycle to next random target with new TRN number.

that's it.

Improve it as you like because I am a novice in RV and with Excel.
