Summary
The site is targeted and relevant. There is something at the site that is stuck, doubtful and concerned. It made me feel nervous, worried and fearful. It also made me feel surprised.

The target is a participant that is in a process. There is a liquid at the site that is free of anything. There are also cells and an embryo at the site. Something was torn and abrupt. It was targeted. The idea of living, hosting and creation are at the site. There is some that is hereditary and reputing there. It is unusual.

Sir, regarding Edwin’s page 15, as I pushed him in this direction I feel myself responsible to explain. Probably, one of the points you mean is the prompt he employed.

During my past work on many enigmatic targets, I start experimenting with the target geometry prompt From the most recognisable perspective SSBV. I left it open to the super consciousness to decide how to present the visual data in response to this prompt.

Then, I experimented in group projects and the corroborative viewers data confirmed efficiency of the prompt when dealing with targets where viewer has no idea/feeling whatsoever for the geographical cardinal directions.

I tasked the team with the prompt in question when dealing with the previous target - murderer’s location.

In this specific case, I’m inclined to accept to some degree that Edwins’s cylinder is the same object which the entity in my ST holds in its hand.

Again, apologies, question was for Edwin.

It would be handy if Edwin had used a high level ‘purpose’ prompt regarding his [1] but it was my mistake that I missed to task him immediately after his data being uploaded.

Your 'experiments' are truncated. You are relieved of command.

This project is hereby terminated. Pick it back up among yourselves, if you desire, privately.

Roger, Ed.

—————

My personal note - this one was one of the most complex, significant and challenging projects I was ever engaged in.

I would like to thank you to the team and the boss. I do respect your time and personal dedication ‘invested’ in this project, gentlemen.

It was also the same for me. There is so much 'out there' that we could beat our brains out about, but never even come close to grasping.

Now, the team needs you on the McCann project, Stefan. Just one d***, little thing -- that's all that we're asking...that's all that she's asking.

I just realized that I incorrectly applied an S6 technique used in a "/location" target to a "/cause" target. Mea culpa.

I won't do that again. Ouch!

Skip to the 40 min mark. Paul omits some important facts re. this target, because he was kept in the dark -- Hal Putoff and I never filled him in on 'the rest of the story:'

I kind of chuckle ironically at the thought of exploring an optimum mitigation strategy, as the number of people who perish from car wrecks, obesity/diabetes, smoking, cancers, malnutrition, dysentery, etc makes the alien threat seem quite minuscule.

We are much more dangerous to ourselves, it would seem, and punting the problem to the public domain would only increase the probability of our more-rapid extinction.

Your chronic non sequitur tendency, notwithstanding, what is it that you are trying to say? Mitigation? Pray tell, of what?

Additionally, use that 'alien' term sparingly, especially in our business.

Roger. Is 'threat' an apt term to describe a phenomenon in which a group's activity results in the mutilation & death of people and animals that are of value to us? It makes me wonder if there are any optimum collective or individual strategies for lessening the severity, or perhaps even countering the phenomenon. Mitigation: noun -- the action of reducing the severity, seriousness, or painfulness of something. I'm asking whether that investigation project would even be worthwhile, given that the number of annual cases appears to be in the range of merely dozens? Our time is short and resources are finite. There's much to be done straight away as far as improving quality of life for people who suffer from things we already understand quite well.

It's actually a good question, and I've had to deal with such things in the past. What you are suggesting is along these (offensive/counterattack) lines:

The (whatever it is: the Borg, Bill Clinton, Canadian Parliament building, etc.)/key vulnerabilities
