Post RV results analysis
Hi, All.

If everything has been done correctly, Am I supposed to be able to understand the results of my own RV session?

I was so shocked at bstuart's results. It was so clean, detailed, and easy to understand.
Unfortunately, my RV sessions ends with scribbles and like finger paintings my a first grader. There are many times when I cannot understand the results.

It is quite possible that I am doing my sessions incorrectly.
I feel rushed to finish under 40 minutes. And I get confused when to drop the pen and when to underline words. I'm looking for perfect sessions to use as study guides.

thank you.

Suggest you submit some sessions in the dedicated forum section, certainly you've seen it. You will get an individualized response to correct structure, if needed.

You should not feel rushed during a session. It means your thinking mind interferes, and that is the main thing to learn to push back.

The time it "should" take is an average from experience and not a strict limit. However, if yours is consistently different by, say, 20% or more either up or down, it is very likely that you're doing something wrong.

Amazing how so many people think we can solve a problem without seeing a session. There is no part of the protocol that endorses the aberrant behavior of underlining words.
